It's a bumble bee shrimp. They stay tiny and are reef safe, but they will feed on starfish if you have any in your tank.

Bumblebee Shrimp if I’m not mistaken- reef safe and beautiful, but, as mentioned, they do eat starfish. Unlike Harlequin Shrimp, stars aren’t required though. Apparently they do best in pairs.
