ID this please, found in my QT while WC

looks and moves like a snail, may bit faster than a snail, its about 1/2" in size. It was probably in the one piece of live rock I moved into this container, after put the live lock back I found this in the container left, wondering is it good to put it back or something to throw.

Of you can mail it to me. Been looking to buy some. They are the best. Love watching them. Sadly though wrasse and shrimp eat them. Probably other things also.
