Hair algae or Briopsis.

Green hair algae. Check phosphates and nitrates. Usually a phosphate problem.

**** tank ain't but 6 weeks old. What do I do to get rid of it
Well actually, since it's only 6 weeks old, GHA is one of the 6 stages your tank will go through. It's possible it will go away on it's own. For starters though, you should test phosphates just to make sure they aren't too out of control.
There is a link that shows all the stages, I don't have it on hand, though.

Ok I transferred about 20 lbs of rock from my bc14 and added new rock that had been in a rubber maid tube for almost 2 years with 5 lbs of cured rock have a total of like 60 lbs in there. Wasn't expecting this but I'll test tomorrow last week was good. Thanks guys

To the best of my knowledge if you added dry sand or even bagged live sand, you'll have to cycle that even though the rock is good to go.
