I used have one with a similar colour scheme back in 2018, but mine wasn't as nice haha. I haven't been able to find another one like it since
As for the trade name, I don't really remember. It wasn't any official name, just one my local reef store dubbed it. Something winter/ice related: "Ice Queen" or "Winter Forest"
