It has Coralife parts on it but it looks like some sort of DIY hybrid to me

The seller looked all over for any numbers or model info but can't find any. Here are some more pics of it.

It's a Coralife. It looks modified though or just an old model.

Are they any good? What is it worth? How big of a tank can it handle?

They are very inexpensive generally. You get what you pay for, usually. There are three sizes, I think.
