Id this weird polyp?

is this a hydroid?
It extends about 3mm and it was embedded in a frag disk.
Any ideas?

Sorry. I don't see a hydroid. old spiral snail shells and a dark spot on the left ish side of the rock that could be a small coral.

After Reeferfox helped me out...I found 6 more babies all different sizes in small crevices in the LR. Its pretty exciting but from what I can tell, theyre all fluorescent red at the moment.
