ID this worm? (Not a bristleworm I don't think)

We found a nudibranch in the tank the other day and removed it. We were cautioned to look for egg sacs. Today this guy was on the front glass. Upon closer inspection it looks like it has some tentacles or something like the nudibranch had. Could this be a juvenile? Or some totally new critter?
