Woah, what's this? Came in on cherry zoa frag. A pair of them. It's head is on the right. Tiny black head underneath. Pair of antenna. Has hairs all the way down. Very different underneath. Flat, segmented, and divided down the center. Kinda looks like an underwater caterpillar.

If it has hair all the way down my guess would be brittleworm. Some said they are good some say their bed I personally have some in my tank

I've seen bristles and this looks different. Maybe a different species of typical bristle?

Google ( POLYNOIDAE ) ''scale worms''

Yup I think KJ got it. What do they eat? R they good or bad for ur System? R they pests? Do they multiply like crazy.

I'm real finicky when it comes to worms. I don't want them regardless to any of the answers. I read they are carnivores. Can eat other inverts. Sounds like general bristle worm description. I'm thinking these are more mobilized, protected, and perhaps more aggressive/active hunters of the bristle family.

I'll keep them alive for a little longer. Doing some tank maintenance today so I can toss them in a bag of some water I pull.
