ID this Worm

Need help to ID this Worm? Is it a bad thing to have this in reef. I notice it in the live rock and on sandbed as well.

Looks like a spaghetti worm, but mine don't typically come out during the photoperiod.

I think they are spionid worms. They have a sandy tube with 2 white worms hanging out. They are fine
