Has anybody recognize this Zoa and where I can purchase some like this one?

What are some high end zoa? I’m looking to purchase some here in a weeks

Check out Cherry Corals, or Cornbread Corals for some examples of higher end Zoanthids and Palys.

I saw that they only sell one at a time. Is it worth to buy just one? Will more grow or is there a minimum to buy?

Many vendors sell per polyp price but you can get multiple polyps on one frag, you just pay per polyp. There are also WYSIWYG frags/corals the item advertised is the exact item you buy.
Live Aquaria often has larger colonies but typically not higher end.
 
in most cases the more "high end" a zoa is, the more money its going to cost unfortunately. Some prices are outrageous nowadays
