ID unknown freebie SPS?

I got some mini stars, worms, and stuff from Indo-Pacific Sea Farms. In a nice touch, they thew in a "freebie", but without any name at all.

I think it's an SPS of some sort (it definitely has a hard, branching skeleton. Under my AI Prime HD 16s, it has a super bright neon green "mouth"/central area.

What do I have on my hands here?

I wasn't going to start even thinking of SPS for a while, but between this freebie, and a gift of a nice chunk of a purple montipora frag, I guess that good intention added a couple of paving stones to the road to hell.

that is in fact a rather nice colony of Blastomussa merletti, a branching LPS coral. It looks to be on far too high flow, you want the flow around it to gently rustle the polyps.

I received one of those Blastos too! Easy and beautiful coral. You can spot feed it occasionally and as stated above, no high flow

Right now it's just sitting on one of my frag racks while I figured out what it was, I'll move it to a lower flow area of the tank today.

Here are two different ones of mine. Went from one or two polyps to too many to count pretty fast. No, I did not change to filter. They actually are very different in color and in the same tank.
