Might be bristle worm with the color although I haven't seen one with a black head. Or it could be a fire worm. I'm sure the people of R2R will get to you with a better answer than mine.

Fireworm? Not sure but he looks like he's having the time of his life

Predatory worm, I had one like that. I put a snail in with it, and it immediately attacked the snail. Swimming in that circular motion seems to be the give away behavior.
