ID whats wrong with coral beauty

So my qt water quality went bad, so put bristletooth, clown and coral beauty in to dt. Treated 22 days with cp.

Just before putting them in all were eating well, and coral beauty had slightly cloudy eyes.(might be from cp).

So in tank for 4 days now
Tang and coral beauty is eating algae off everything in the tank, pooping like crazy but as i noticed not eating prepared foods, i guess that is because they are full of algae.

Noticed some patches on coral beauty and somewhat cloudy eyes are still there.
Maybe he has flukes or hlle?
Other than that swimming fine, not scratching, not shaking his head. Its like it does not bother him as much as it bothers me.

What should i do? Let it stay and let it heal itself? Dose prazi to dt?

Also (and maybe I'm just seeing things), it looks like he has all sorts of fine little dots in-between his eye and dorsal fin.

That would be quite impossible. And the dots there are just the dirty glass. I could try to use metroplex with food maybe. But now i decided i will wait a few days and observe him. Just thought he mite have flukes though. But no sign of twitching or scratching..

If he were eating, then I'd say to at least soak his food with kanaplex. It's slow acting that way (well, more so than normal) but it's better than nothing.
