ID Worm in my goby

Thank you so much for your help. I've spent hours trying to find out even what it was, much less how to treat it. I'm very appreciative of you and your knowledge.

Hey @Humblefish do you think this could be the egg sack from Serpentisaccus magnificae? Could it be an internal copepod instead of a worm?

So I went through a process on Sunday that may or may not work. I'm waiting for my buddy to email me the pictures.

I took the Goby out of QT and put it on a tray with shallow water so it could still breath but couldn't go very far. There were two worms sticking out of the same hole on the Goby. I used tweezers to pull them out, but they both broke clean at the exit wound. I could see white stuff in what I expect was the Sony's belly. I'm hoping it was just the organs/food and not more of the worm inside. After all external evidence was removed, I did a Methylene Blue dip and then treated with an antibacterial/antifungal from API.

While doing the procedure, everything in QT was bleached to prevent reinfestation.

They Goby is alive and well back in the QT. It seems to be a little more active now. I'm considering doing another round of prazi but not sure if there is much point now. At this point, I'm starting over on the QT timeline to see if anything comes back.
