ID worm like creature

Right!? Usually I would just ignore something like this or Google stuff until i found it. Couldn't find an answer for this one and won't be satisfied until I do. Lol

That's a spoon worm (taxonomic subclass Echiura). Most spoon worms are harmless detritivores. I can't tell for sure, but the OP's may be a female Green Spoon Worm, Bonellia viridis:

You may have a female Green Spoon Worm, Bonellia viridis. If so, be aware that it is toxic (the toxin is called Bonellin, and I’m not sure about it’s effects on people), and please handle it with care and a good pair of gloves.
