It looks like either a Terebellid or Cirratulid worm IMO, both of which are harmless and a great part of your CUC.
 
Spaghetti worm, harmless but I don't like em so I pluck them out when I see them; otherwise they multiply rather quickly if you feed fish and lps
 
I feed pretty heavy. I haven't seen a bristle worm that orange before. It's probably hard to see but it had a longer mouth/nose/head whatever that might be called. Have you seen a bristle this orange?

Do wrasse fish feed on these? I was surprised moving everything to the new grow out room today when I saw this. Haven't noticed them before.

I'm unfamiliar with the other worm types.
