ID Worms on glass?

I jut came home and saw these on my tank

They’re little white worms and they are very short. Should I be concerned?

I dont have any sps, i do have a green trumpet but is fine

with little feet, or do they wiggle around, my guess is amphipods or copepods

I did add a couple nassarius snails yesterday, could that mean something?
