I thought this frag was a dud for months but now It's starting to turn green from the dull brown it was and is now showing some blue polyps on new growth!! Really starting to look nice! Can anyone ID?

That is a hard one, could be Rosaria based on description and coloration per image.

Does rosaria have vivid blue polyps? I know you can't see it in the picture but at the base the polyps are raspberry blue
 
Mine has a tinge of blue polyps. My other guess might be Gomezi, the corallite stuctures in your specimen are too rounded but that may just be a young frag that has to grow in more.
