Any ideas? 3 month old reef tank with live rock.

Good? Bad? Indifferent? I just noticed it moved since I took the picture so I'm guessing it's living, not just a plant. Do they grow?

That's about as big as it will get. It's a snail. They don't move around very much, but sometimes they get some giddy-up and you can see them moving faster. It's a good guy.

Cool, thank you very much. I read that they could have an appetite for soft corals such as zoanthids. One of my zoanthids hasn't opened in 2 or 3 weeks. But the other colonies have not been disrupted at all. Do you think there's any correlation?

Most smaller limpets are fine wit all coral and are good with cleaning algae. It's just larger limpet species such as keyholes that go for coral.

I have a similar one that hitchhiked in ... His name is Bill. He tends to stay under my Palythoas and Xenias other than his shell cuting a small part of the Xenias losse from time to time I've had zero issues in 6 months.
