Ahh thank you guys for the quick response so the won't hurt my corals can I use coral dip to cleanse the rock??

no problem :)
They wont hurt a thing!
Theyre filter feeders.
Coral dip is overkill IMO. I like these guys but when I notice too many, I just scrape off with forcepts or my nail and toss them into a different tank lol

Coral dip should be a part of your regimen if you are wanting to keep expensive corals..

No,
Coral dip is not really designed to dip your rock in.. Most people quarantine their rock and check for pests before putting them in the system. Some people even dip the rock in muratic acid before using them.. nowadays there are a lot of products that will give you instant bacteria in a bottle...
M7 is one & I use it to this day...

Right....
You use it when you introduce new corals into your system.
He was asking if he could use it to get rid of the q tips. Something you could easily just pick off. IMO thats overkill for that specific purpose.
