They will eat Euphyllia. Mainly Torches. I would inspect the underside of any Euphyllia for eggs or other Polyclads. Usually you can see them more active at night.
Pretty harmful. They eat coral. I'm not one to recommend removing stuff usually, but that one is on my list lol. They are hard to see on corals because they are so thin they take on the shape of the rocks they are on.
