Those looks like copepods. They are all good. They help clean the tank and your fish will love eating them as well.

Gammarid amphipods not copepods. They can be hit or miss. Most are reef safe scavengers but a few varieties are known to nip at corals. Just keep an eye on them. Typically nothing to worry about.
