I am highly considering upgrading my biocube 14 to a marineland 75g tank ...... They have one at my lfs( World Wide Corals) and its very eye appealing but my only problem is I don't know how I would light it ... My biocube is lit by a ai nano and the colors are insane but a little to blue . I love the color they have in there 500 is blue but not to blue they are running like 4-6 t5 ho blues and a bunch of leds ( panoramas etc ) and then 3 or 4 250w mh . I live in florida so metal halides are to much of a pain I am sure I could pull it off if its really worth it but I am still unsure ... So my question is what is a ideal setup for a 75 g ? I want my corals to pop just like they are no but without my tank looking blue .... I was thinking t5 ho and led's ... everything would be retrofitted as well , victor said 2 ai sols would be perfect but they are to blue I think for me and I really don't like radions either .

What is it about the Radion you do NOT like? Most people who feel like the AI is too blue enjoy the "control" of the Radions. More and more LED units are coming out on the market with a ton of control (Radion has 5 light channels) so you can pretty much make it about any color you want. The more light channels the more control you have. I thought about Radions but now with the GHL Mitras just around the corner I'd say that's the big hitter on the block.
