Stocking ideas for a 29g biocube? Clown fish are going to be 2 but other ideas

Also depends highly on what kind of coral you want.

Because I've been in the hobby a long time, I would want to go for fish I never had.

But a good starting point for a nano for me is a shrimp goby pair

With soft coral, consider growth of both fish and coral.
Some good fish to deal with clown territorial possibility are:
Royal gramma
6 line wrasse
strawberry or diadema basslet
Bangaii cardinal
tail spot goby (also good algae eater)
thompson goby

CORALS:

Pipe organ
zoa
candy cane
trumpet
xenia
mushrooms
Leather coral such as devil hand and toadstool

Don't get Clown Fish.

Possum wrasse or a pink streak wrasse

Love my tailspot blenny ! full of personality and could watch him all day. Also have a royal gramma in there with him and is a gorgeous fish. Both would do fine with clowns but just a heads up clowns might become somewhat aggressive especially when breeding
