Hi everyone! My 65 gallon reef I got for Christmas is doing well and I've been thinking about setting up a nano aquarium with it. I want to do something different than just another reef and so I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions for unique nano tank ideas I could use. I've been looking into some species only tanks but either nothing peaks my interest or the livestock requires a much larger aquarium than I can get (a snowflake moray would be awesome, but the tank I will get will only be 20-30 gallons). Thanks for the suggestions!

The coolest nano I've seen was done with the tiniest frags ever. It was a miniature reef.

You could do a frogfish tank. Those are pretty cool. Was considering doing one myself.
I think the white and orange warty frogfish are pretty cool, but they aren't cheap either. Know of any species that are fairly inexpensive but still are cool looking?
I've seen some cool lobster tanks
Know of any safe tankmates for a reef lobster? They are pretty dope looking

You can get some cobalt blue lobster as long as you have plenty of caves for them to crawl in, they only get up to about 3 inches

Those are freshwater, but I like the idea of saltwater lobsters. A purple reef lobster looks really cool, how about tankmates for it?
