So my system is fairly mature now and already pretty overgrown so this Winter i want to have a bit of a prune back and also take the opportunity to add some new dimensions to the scape. I still have quite a few (probably 20pcs) of Tonga branches, thick to think pieces and i've always had this idea of some how incorporating them into my scape. My main concern is how to secure them as the only method i can think of is just by wedging them in at angles and allowing the weight on the ends to lock them into place, a degree of risk and also some what limiting in positioning, anyone used any other methods ?

Also need to think of some nice ideas about actually what I'm trying to achieve, i often set to with an angle grinder, some putty and work out what the objective was afterwards.....
