I have them in a 20 inch tall tank with 130w PC's what are they and where should I keep them?

radioactive dragon eyes mixed with a few whamin' watermelons. zoanthus likes med-high light and med flow.

Look like radioactive dragon eyes, you have a little over 6 watts per gallon so you could place them anywhere and they'll do fine. Preferably closer to the light and they'll keep better coloration.
