Identification help please

This started growing on my live rock and I know nothing about corals. Would love some help identifying what this is and if it is good or bad for the tank. Thank you!

That’s a zoa. It’s a type of soft coral

Yeah that's a Zoa however those tiny polyps to the left of it look like hydroids. They can be nasty and sting corals do best to make an effort to remove them (manually or cover with a putty).
