Identification help please!

I have a couple things growing off my live rock that i can’t identify.

This is growing off of a coral skeleton and there’s another branch of it that moves around. Is it good or bad?

Then I have hundreds of these things growing on another rock that has 3 zoa. Are these baby zoa or something else? Thank you in advance!!
