I use my 2 year old biocube tank for coral quarantine and holding now, there are no fish in there. In the last couple days, I've noticed an explosion of this small bug like things. They are larger than a copepod but still small. You can see them with the naked eye. They are white-ish in color and they appear to crawl around, mainly on my back wall is where they are found. I had some hair algae on the back wall but it has slowly disappeared now. I'm not sure if it's the two trochus snails that were added or the army of whatever these things are. It's hard to get a picture but here is what I have. A pic of one in a specimen cup, about the size of a small grain of rice and another pic of it under a microscope (a little smushed but the best I can get to show details).
