First image is a bristleworm and second images is a fan worm.

Are they good to be in there? There's a lot of the first one and a few of the second!
Bristleworms are debatable. Fan worms are beneficial and beautiful. They both work as filter feeders. Bristleworms eat uneaten food. However they are an eye sore and can multiply uncontrollably. Reduced feedings can keep populations low.

Here is some info on bristle worms and the fan worms are filter feeders. I had a bunch of fan worms when my rock was new, but my matted file fish ate them all mistaking them for aptasia :)

My tank is about 6 months old. I am just coming to the end of a fallow period bc I had velvet in my display. Since I've been fallow about 60 days, my feedings have been very minimum. Hate to see how many ill have when fallow period ends and I actually get more fish to feed.

This might help, I found it on the line:)

I figured that there is 15 days left of the follow and stop feeding the tank for a couple of day and those guys will get hungry:rolleyes:. I did see some where were someone suggested a 6 line, and also pulling the rock and do a fresh water dip for 15 minutes to stun them and pick them out.
