Identification Help!!

So I am pretty sure this is a bristleworm..my question is.. should I keep it or is this a "bad" critter? Here's a video of what I'm afraid it is:


Up close it looks just like this thing on a much smaller scale.

The video is a fire worm. From the looks of your picture, the one you have is a bristle worm. The difference is in the bristles and the red at the body as the bristles come out of it.
 
To answer your question bristleworms are good detritivores and help keep sand and rock clean. They can cause pain if you happen to reach in and accidentally squeeze one, say as your picking up a rock. It's your choice to keep or remove, they will not attack anything.
 
Thank you for the replies. If it is in fact a bristle worm and not a fireworm, I think I am just going to put it in my refugium.
