We bought some live rock last week and while placing this rock in our tank we noticed a lot of stuff growing on it.
We are fairly new to the hobby and need help trying to ID a few things attached to the rock including some clear things in the cracks and the possible anemones, I only say anemones because they appear to all have mouths. In this particular tank we are aware that there a few invasive Caulerpa.

Thanks!

shroom, sponge, and a weed known as xenia lol. Watch that xenia! I recommend trying to crack that little piece off and putting it on its own rock. That was my first ever coral and my last ever purchase of it after finding it will overtake an aquarium. It looks cool though when waves are pushing it around!

haha yea and there is a bigger patch of Xenia that has been in there for some time on a rock, definitely watching it, the same with some GSP that sits all by it self on a plug in the middle of the sand and seem to be doing very well.

Most of the stuff is being placed in there waiting for a new home in something that will be 5-10x the size that it is in now.

Yep all good guys nice find. A couple of those shrooms in my tank. Welcome to r2r.
