Identification help

Hi all am new to this forum and somewhat new to the marine aquariums I've got tropicals and there doing mint. I've always wanted a saltwater aquarium so I started one and Was just wondering if anyone on here can shed some light on what these two sponge egg looking things are on my zoa's I've had the tank best part of 6-7 months now it's doing spot on weekly water changes I get a spin test done every week but was doing some maintenance on it the other day and come across these two weird egg things can anyone help ID them please

Just some common reef sponges. You can pull them off with your fingers.
They could and will likely grow and smother the coral out. Less with the circular white sponge than the one thats already smothered a polyp or 2 of those dragon eye zoas.

Spot on thank you I've tried finding what theu are on the internet but couldn't find a thing I'll try carefully remove them now
 
Most sponges we come across are not invasive. I wouldn't worry too much about removing unless they actually become a problem.
 
Yes, they are sponges. Are they going to take over your tank? Debatable, most will not, some can. I do not think that type you have are invasive.

I've just removed the white ones they came off quite easy but the pink stuff it's like slime not so easy but I'll keep a eye and just remove as much as a can

The pink one is an encrusting sponge, so there are pieces of it lodged into the rock. There’s common believe, but not necessarily always true, that sponges will die if exposed to air.
