I know this is a long shot, but maybe with a good description someone might be able to help with identification.
I have no picture. I tried, but lack of equipment and camera skills stopped me.

These were very tiny, a little bigger than a copepod. Needed magnifier glass to see them. From my searching, they almost look like brine shrimp. There body was clear. But these had black eyes, and 2 red stripes. One stripe close to head, and other stripe was about mid body. They definitely had some kind of tail or whatever it's called, and some sort of feet as they scooted around pretty good.

On that link you provided, it looks similar to the mysis. But tiny, needed magnifier to see them clearly. Are they that small?

yup. some def are.
mysis look more like shrimps, amphipods are similar generally, isopods more like roaches or insects, copepods like space aliens bugs

Ya, they can be super tiny, Weasel. I should get a picture with someone's finger next to them. With the eye it's pretty hard to pick out detail. The last picture in the guide is even under a microscope.
