Just came home and saw this on one of my corals. Picked it off. Is this a baby snail or another pest?

What are these white dots. Snails or flatworms. My lepto starting to die had for 6montha now. and really any SPS won’t last longer than a few months. Always thought they are snails. I just figured I was killing the SPS due to water chemistry but after a year of reefing and 1000s of hours researching there is something I’m missing still. Please help.

I'd get a pipet and see if you can blow one off and put it under a microscope.
