Curious to what these clear like shrimp looking things are, I’ve seen them on my live rocks and mostly popping in and out of the sand bed

Agree with the post above. Amphipods are a beneficial species of microfauna, they eat Detritus and serve as a food source to fish , also looks like you got a bristleworm in the 3rd pic

... as well as a limpet/chiton.
Bristle worms are beneficial detritivores and scavengers while limpets and chitons are beneficial algae grazers.
