Just wondering if someone could please tell me what these are and is it good, bad or neither? Not the best pics but they are like a tiny flower tips. Thanks.

Looks like a type of sea squirt.

They look like pineapple sponges, they are ugly when they take over a take but they are not harmful. They are typically dealt with by lowering the amount of particulate food that is in the water column (they are pretty much filter feeders if I am not mistaken) or you can get something that eats them
