It could be a standard brown hair algae or a chrystophytes.

Usual stuff. Manual removal beef up the Cuc first.

Is it just in that spot or thenwahole tank.
What are the parameters at?

Very often the chrystophytes shows up like dinos in nutrients limited tank. It gets a little more challenging if that’s the case.

It’s in the entire tank it’s gone mental, nitrates 5
Phos 0.02 on a Red Sea year kit it’s making me want to get rid of the tank that’s for sure

One user her has sucess with fluconazole like for bryopsis. Reef flux hd is another brand name.

Many , like with dinos , also have to dose no3 and Po4 and bottled bacteria.
