Identify Algae

Hi I have a Red Sea Max S 650 - for it is approx 1 year old. - for the last 2-3 months I have been battling what appears to be "black hair algae" ??

It is covering Sand and Rocks.

I have attached a video and would be grateful if you could help identifying it for me and help with how to get rid of it.

Is it black? Looks to me like it is brownish.
Could be cyano or dinos.
Hard to say without knowing your parameters.
