Identify and Help Please

I have a 4 month old FOWLR tank.

came down today to see the following starting ..

My current parameters are as follows

My PO4 has jumped from 0.09 to the above in around 24 hours
i have recently added 6 hermit crabs; 3 Nassarius Snails and 4 Certih Snails.
i have an algae reactor installed but by Chaeto has died. Not sure if this was due to me having my pump after my skimmer. Currently looking to rearrange my sump to move it to before the skimmer.
I have done 10% water changes every 3 days recently as I thought I had the start of dinos appearing so I cleaned and aggitated the sand bed too.
Any help and steerage would be greatly appreciated

Why did the cheato die?
Lack of lighting time in reactor?
Dinos are normally depleted nutrients, what the green hair algea is growing is all the amiable nutrients?

Stop water changes, dose mb7 or any other bacteria, run a uv sterlizer thats rated for the tank. Being fowler id probably over size the sterlizer and leave it on 24/7

thanks for your reply and advice

I think the chaeto died as my skimmer was pulling everything out prior to the water going into the reactor. All my levels have been good until recently. Lighting was on reverse of my tank 8pm - 6am
Have started dosing Quantum HR Nitrate and Quantum Phosphate remover this morning. Got these to cover whilst my reactor was not working. Don’t really have the space for a UV steriliser I’m afraid.
