Identify and Recommendation?

I have an algae (I believe) that I've never seen before. It is almost white/opaque. It is only growing on the sides of the tank and in my frag tank. I'm looking for the following

1. what is it
2. Is it harmful
3. How can I get rid of it
4. What is it from.
Appreciate any help

Parameters
ALK- 8.5 (Trident dosing)
CA- 430
MAG- 1450
Nitrates (0-5)
Phos - undetectable
