Hey everyone. Noticed some spots on my foxface today. He is eating like a pig, not showing any odd behavior. Other inhabitants are also acting normal. Is this a fish disease? Should I be concerned?

These spots look like lymphocystis which is viral and often triggered by poor water quality and/or diet
You can give it a freshwater dip in tap water the same temperature as display tank and return to display tank
Look on bottom of bucket for what looks like sesame seeds or fish scales. If you see them- flukes
But I suspect lymphocystis
Simply maintain good water quality and feed this rabbit:
Spirulina brine shrimp
Mysis shrimp
Small plankton
Formula 2 flake and frozen
Hikari veggie diet
Hikari marine cuisine
LRS herbivore diet
Add selcon vitamins and garlic extract to the foods occasionally for vitality and immunity health

Been feeding him LRS, Spirulina Brine & PE Mysis all soaked in Vitachem. Spots started to go away and then this morning the foxface was covered in them. Do you still think it's lymphocystis?

I’m no fish expert…lympho presents as white growths on the fins and not darker colored spots on the body. I’ll tag @Jay Hemdal for his expertise

That is almost surely turbellarian worms - also called black ich. People suggest praziquantel, but that isn’t really effective against this. Hyposalinity or formalin dips work much better.Been feeding him LRS, Spirulina Brine & PE Mysis all soaked in Vitachem. Spots started to go away and then this morning the foxface was covered in them. Do you still think it's lymphocystis?
There are multiple species of these worms - some can kill fish, others can go away on their own.
