Identify Mushroom and Actions

This mushroom is absolutely beautiful. I purchased it month ago but do not remember the name. Does anyone know its name? I placed zooplankton in the tank and I am attaching the pictures of how it changed over a period of 4 minutes. What is the silver that is appearing? Is it eating? I cannot image that it even captures the small Brightwell zooplankton. Any suggestions for feeding ?

It's a really nice ricordea. Could be a Florida or Yuma.
