Identify out anemone

Bought this guy when he was small now he is huge, help identify him, he was purchased as a BTA but we are now thinking it is another species.

Bubble tipped anemones are strange. As far as my research goes, no one has discovered what actually makes them make bubble tips. When I bought mine from the local fish store it had bubbles near the tip: when it was in my tank it looked like your photos. Not sure if it’s the lights or parameters but it’s an interesting topic. I know some of the experts here will nail it on the head but I just wanna say you’re LFS might be right Anemones have “moods” from my observations
 
If it found a home attached to a rock, probably a Bubble tip.

If it found a home in the sand, long tentacle.

Hard to tell from the pics, but I'd lean long tentacle.
 
He is actually in a shell, he will retreat inside the shell at night sometimes. I will post more pictures in the morning when he is out again.
