Can anyone tell me what these transparent tubing things are behind my mushroom? Are they bad for the tank?

Do they pulse or move if touched? My first thought is tunicate.

They do not pulse and I haven't observed it move at all. Even the water flow in my tank doesn't seem to be moving them around.

Cant tell for sure but might be a sponge?
