The picture is not good. They are so small the phone camera has a hard time focusing. Around 1-2mm. I only noticed them on the glass. They are moving. Look like little slugs or something. There are a lot of them on the glass.

Looks like red flatworms to me. Hard to tell...but that would be my guess. Not harmful unless their numbers get out of control and have a large die off. Melev's Reef has a great article about their removal.
 
For limited numbers, you can make a siphon out of some airline tubing and a piece of ridged tubing. Just get as many as you can that way and you may be able to avoid a plague of them. Flat Worm Exit will also work but can cause other problems if not used properly. My ultimate solution was a pair of Bleu Star Leopard wrasses. They spend their days cruising the rock looking for morsels. Turns out flatworms are a favorite snack. I even saw them carefully plucking them from my elegance coral without disturbing the coral at all. Very fun to watch!
