Mexican turbo snail gets my voteNot a sundial snail, their shells are pretty flat. That snail has a pointy shell which sort of looks like a baby turbo snail to me but to be safe we'll call on the rest of the #reefsquad and see if we can get a solid answer.
It could be a trochus as well, I can see the resemblance. I would keep an eye on it as it grows. It will probably be fine for now since it is so small.Ok I don’t think it’s a sundial anymore. Apparently they have a cone shape cap also, which this one does not.

I also read on another forum it could possibly be a banded Trochus snail.
I’m just wondering if I should keep it or not. I’m leaning yes at the moment, now that I’m confident it’s not a sundial.
