Identify spot on blue spot watchman goby.

Just wondering if anyone knows what's going on with my blue spot watchman goby... she doesn't sit still long enough to get a good pic... spot is between gill and fin.. had her about 5 years with no problems haven't added or lost a fish in 2 years... still eating... I feel like it's a physical injury but it's good sized so figured I'd ask.... any opinion

These are with all lights it's tough to get a good photo cause she dives under the rock when u approach the tank

Looks like an injury to me as well ... should heal over on its own, but you might want to have antibiotics and a QT ready, in case it becomes infected.
