Identify this white..... video

Should I start scrubbing or am I okay ?
It’s on a good amount of rock
It’s just barely visible but when you stare hard enough you can see it clear as day

Looks like some bacteria build up

I get it from time to time but it' never there long. I wouldn't say its bad as you can hardly see it and it' not there long, its nothing like cyanobacteria. Maybe a build up of decay in that rock or somewhere in the tank.

do you carbon dose?that may explain the"bacteria"on the surface of the rock.

I have carbon reactor and phosphate reactor
Maybe it’s time to change the carbon ?
